Is the consultation really free? What's the catch? +
Genuinely free, no catch. The call is us learning about your business and you learning whether we're the right fit. We use it to give you a real assessment — including telling you if you don't actually need us yet or should fix something internally first. We'd rather pass on a bad-fit client than sell you services you don't need.
Will I talk to a real person or get drip emails? +
Real person. Always. Our AI handles lead follow-up for our clients, but for prospects reaching out to us, you'll hear directly from a team member. The whole point of our brand is closing the loop — we'd be hypocrites if we automated our own intake.
Do I need to prepare anything before our call? +
Nothing required. If you have access to your current ad accounts, GA4, or any reporting you're getting, having it handy helps us give a faster assessment. But it's not required — we can also just talk through your goals first and dig into data later.
What if I'm not ready to commit to anything? +
Then don't. There's no obligation to sign anything from a consultation. Some prospects book a call, decide we're not the right fit, and that's totally fine. Others come back six months later when they're ready. We're not running a high-pressure sales floor.
